Salsa Chicken With Rice

Sprinkle with paprika and place in oven covered for 45 minutes.

Top evenly with remaining 1 cup salsa and cover with cheddar cheese. Add the broth and salsa and bring to a boil. Pour ingredients into a 139 casserole dish coated with cooking spray.

Sprinkle the chicken with the remaining 1 teaspoon chili powder. Cut chicken thighs into 1 inch pieces. Let the rice cook until its tender and fluffy.

While the oven is heating stir the sauce salsa water 1 teaspoon chili powder and rice in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Place 4 6 boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot season with 1 pkt taco seasoning cover with 8 oz salsa mixed with 1 can of crm. In a medium bowl combine monterey jack and cheddar cheeses. Bring to a boil cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.

Take chicken out and shred with fork. Remove the chicken breasts to a plate and add the chopped bell peppers rice and chicken stock to the pan stirring everything together. Serve top with sour cream cilantro and corn chips if desired.

Combine together the first 6 ingredients rice salsa mushroom soup sour cream water and pepper in a mixing bowl. Turn off the heat under the pan. Top with the chicken.

Layer 12 of the rice 12 of the chicken 12 of the soup and salsa mixture and 12 of the cheese mixture in prepared dish. Push the chicken pieces down into the rice mixture. Cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

Tuck short sides of each chicken thigh underneath so they are touching and nestle seam side down into. Nestle the chicken breasts back in the skillet reduce the heat to a simmer and then cover. Spoon the salsa over top of the chicken breasts and then top them with the shredded cheese.

Serve over rice with shredded cheese sour cream or even in tortillas.
